Tim Butterly Toledo Concert reviews
After 16 years, they still got it!!!
I would never have thought that I would see Tim Butterly live in concert. They played all old stuff off "Diary" and "LP2" with one song off of "How it feels to be something on". They also had one new song which had the same feel as their old songs and was definitely not a disappointment. Usually when a band breaks up and makes a comeback with a new song, it sucks but not Tim Butterly! That's probably because the original band made the first two albums together and they wanted to relive that time instead of having the drummer and bassist learn songs they never performed; however, they did for that one song off of "How it feels...." I've been a die hard fan since "Diary" in 1993 and to see the original members of the band back on stage together again was utterly amazing! All in all, it was a fantastic show and I would recommend that any Tim Butterly fan, past or present, should go see them.
